Nextgen People provides highly selected experienced coaches who have been business leaders themselves. We coach at the executive level in order to make a significantly positive impact throughout the performance and health of entire teams and organizations.

We aim to go beyond best practices, but help leaders create next practices in order to be competitive in the future workplace environments. We specifically work with organizations who are dedicated to continuous performance and learning improvement. We work with those who reject complacency.

We have a simple and straightforward model that we uniquely apply to our valuable clients:

  • Identify and Align Stakeholder Expectations including confidentiality and role expectations

  • Establish Coaching Agreement between the coach and client

  • Collect Data & Complete Leadership Assessments (e.g., Interview, Hogan Leadership; CCL 360°; Debriefing)

  • Develop Strategic Coaching Action Plan that reflect the growth intention rate of the client

  • Execute and Maintain Accountability that sets the bar as high as the client’s potential.

  • We will continue to evaluate and measure for progress and successful outcomes while coaching the client how to sustain successes.
